I care for my mother and she wants to sit or lay in front of the TV all day. Not get dressed or be active at all. I told her it would help with her arthritis and she would gain back some muscle plus the constipation she battles all the time would probably not be as bad.I have shared this wiith her (she is 77) and I am hoping she will realize what I have been trying to explain to her.
